My old job sucked. My dad is a legend there so everyone was expecting miracles from me. I was not even doing the same thing he was doing, was not in the same department he was in plus I started at the job 6 years after his retirement. I kept it quiet that I was his son. Once they found out thoughnothing was the same

When I started my current job last year, there were 10 people in our 1 week orientation. There is always new ppl being hired every week or 2. That always makes it easier.
