Sure they do because they can afford to. Meanwhile, poor people have the latest smartphone as soon as it comes out but have to walk around with a cracked screen for months because they can't afford to get the screen replaced.

I do. Normally, they keep their cracked-up phones until the newest ones come out, then they hustle to get money to fix the screen so they can trade-up.

Cats running around with $600+ phones yet can't afford to pay $150 to repair the screen or insurance.............

I got a $60 Android off Ebay and get clowned by these cats with screens that look like shattered dreams, but I've never had my phone shut off or had to borrow money to get a loosey.​

The vast majority of poor ppl DO not live above their means. If you actually ever lived in a lower income neighborhood, you would know that. I did for years and I saw my neighbors work 2-3 jobs and struggle to pay basic bills and take care of the family...wearing hand-me-downs, driving beaters etc...
