Life is a lot like a skit except you choose the character and role you play in it. You are in the driver's seat and have damn near complete control. At any time you can dis-identify with the character you created for your self and shift gears. This is why life is so enjoyable. We are literally living a "first person" and have reality and all its infinite wonder in our grasps. Learn what you want. Love who and what you want. You create your own experiences.

The internet alone is gonna cause depression in an entire generation of young people. Im glad the internet/social media wasn't around like that when I was growing up.

Indeed breh. 17 year old kids nowadays got all their dopamine levels depleted because of the digital high they get from daps and likes. Plus they wack off to so much online porn they can’t even get turned on to real live humans anymore.

Not that OP is gonna take any of this advice but go offline, stop fapping and start exercising. Try to do foreign study in a 3rd world country. A tropical one preferably.

And appreciate your life. You have it a lot better than plenty of folks out there who may feel exactly like you but are living in the homeless shelter with nothing but hope. Not having a girlfriend or having a bad score on your ACT that you can take again or go to community college than transfer to a 4 year school isn't a big deal. Plenty of kids your age are in the same boat. You keep beating yourself up about it only to find out that half of the kids your age are going through the same shyt worrying about what other kidd are thinking of them.
