I really need to learn how to cook

I definitely have a negative association with cooking and meal time so the concept of joy around meal time is lost on me... I know some people who say cooking is relaxing and therapeutic.... ... I for the life of me can't fathom it at all...

OP u ain't lying tho I love food so learning how to make dishes would be helpful. I can eat healthier and have a better body, plus females love a nikka who can throw down in the kitchen.

... I grew up overweight in a hypercritical family.... Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Sundays, hell pretty much every meal brought on some type of anxiety...

Yeah... but cooking and eating still have the same connotations as they did in the past... that doesn't go away with the weight....... so cooking is definitely a chore for me...
