my alter set up is pretty basic.
I"m using a small wooden inn table,
the four corners i have
top left i have a candle = fire
top right incenses = air
bottom left a glass of water = water
bottom right some crystals = earth

I have a glass bottle that i use to pour water out of for libations

i also have blue cloth on my alter as well

but in reality you can make it any way you want, because it related to you. so put whatever you want on it

Not personally, but they do say you can inadvertently let entities in when you mess with that shyt. I was really getting into studying about Kundalini energy, but from doing research, but that ain't nothing to play with unless you really know what you're doing.

i share this information with people because like a lot of folks i was into the christian mindset, praying everyday while shyt continued to get worst. its until i hit rock bottom that i threw away the book and starting looking for answers. what i have been told when the student is ready the teacher will appear. I started doing research on African spiritually and realize this shyt is really not evil. but the CAC got everybody under mind control thinking it is with the movies and shyt. the power that i'm using is coming from your own soul which is connected to the source of everything. EVERYBODY with a soul has access to use if for good or evil. the African gods are just formulas for the human soul you can call on. the ancestors are a part of you because we are all one energy.
