I don't like his music at all but I respect what he was able to accomplish as a 17 year old kid. His hustle game must have been ridiculous. When everyone else his age was doing regular dumb teenager shyt he was out there going club to club, hustling, posting up flyers, trying to come up with a hit - and he actually did. :manny: He is literally a self made millionaire and nobody can take that away from him. I think he's a lot smarter and hard working than people give him credit for.

Yup, but I'm not gonna lie if I had a choice between being wack and broke or a wack millionaire I'd do the same exact shyt. The point of this thread isn't to defend his music - it's to highlight his hustle. :salute:

I can respect that

Ive always said this... And I actually like a few of his songs... Pretty boy swag went off in the club. Gucci Bandana...

He is a little lost but he got rich at a young age in a town where everyone is a little lost lol.

He also kickstarted the careers of Lil b and Riff Raff
Incorrect.

Lil B kick started his own career with The Pack and then mastered the Internet and started his own solo career

Riff Raff I might can give you. He was on Gz to Gents but I didn't really hear too much from him till he signed with SB. But then again I for damn sure wasn't looking

Yea, Lil B did his own thing but Soulja Boy still layed out the blueprint. He was the first rapper to blow up off of social networking and the internet. Before that, most musicians still tried to put the emphasis on trying to be on video countdowns and shyt. He created the whole internet rapper lane.

I see what you're talking bout. Soulja was the first to blow off strictly Internet grind makin it a viable option

Lil B took it a step further feedin off souljas blueprint. Making hundreds of myspaces with thousands of songs
