• all of the favorite characters are in there (not really a spoiler)
• chewbacca goes ham and starts merking stormtroopers like he listens to king louie
• there is a new kinda weapon like 1000 times bigger than the death star
• that weapon blows up multiple planets at once and destroys most if not all of the republic
• c3po is still a fakkit (cruel language but it's facts)
• luke skywalker is barely in the movie and actually doesn't have any lines and it's still dope as shyt

speak on the lightsaber fight at the end breh. surely you can see how lame it is for her to have beaten the main villain already. now she will train with the og luke and get even stronger, how will kylo beat her after that

That battle was necessary for the entire motivation of a new trilogy. Kylo fukked up Fin, thus pissing Rae right off. The only reason she could hold her own is because he was so scared, scarred from killing han, and still "fighting the light". Rae slashing him across the face is enough to push him all the way to the dark which will make for a great third movie. Snoke said it was time to "finish kylo's training" which means they are both going to get stronger. I just don't see it as being wack because as an adult you know that the dark side has to lose. The main questions that are raised in their rivalry to me are not will they be strong enough, but will they be on the right side. Rae has plenty of time to turn to the dark side once she realizes kylo is fam.

There has always been issues with skywalkers and being trained too late.

I felt that way too at first but I sort of appreciate them taking a storm trooper and making him a good guy. It's also nice to have another lead that isn't completely tangled up in the whole prophecy/galactic war shyt. Him being developed as an independent character and not just jedi nikka will probably be dope.

I knew JJ wouldn't c00n thatan out. I was worried about Disney tho.....

I was worried about disney, too. There's a little bit of disney magic in this film but i think it's necessary to advance the plot and a sign of times. It's not 1977 and most of the people seeing this movie are grown. This movie cuts just a few corners to keep the action going.

Lupita was an cgi alien who pretty much acted like the oracle from the matrix. her role was small but essential. She was alright. It wasn't anything crazy just kinda goofy. It literally could have been anyone.
