But nah I despise that term lol, it's basically the study of numbers. Like a numerologist would take that 444 and it, break it down and interpret what it could mean. Like you could do that with the number of letters in your name and come up with something that might peak your interest.

These 'signs' seem abstract but if you feel like they have significance you'll find that a quick inventory of your general life direction can clue you in on what you should concentrate on.
