I don't have apple care with me 6+ but last week I went to the soho Apple Store to complain about the audio jack messing up and they gave me a brand new phone replacement no questions asked

I went in to warranty replace my earpods last night cause I got a short in them (caught on the elliptical in the gym).
Told them sometimes my phone doesn't always charge when I plug the cable in (i think it's cheap cables my wife copped online), they said "sorry to hear that" and they just gave me a new phone without even checking it out.
Plus my new headphones.Apple Customer service >>>
The nightmare my wife had trying to get her GS4 fixed finally got her off team droid a year ago. Having ot mail it across the country twice for sim card slot issues only to have it returned broken while claiming it was fixed. End of the day she just gave up, and I let her rock the 5s, then got her a 6 for christmas. She's never going back.

If you must be bout that no case life, at least throw a tempered glass screen protector on there ...in between my 5th or 6th double whiskey I dropped my note 4 at this day party this weekend. ..the way it thudded I just knew I was done for...sat there staring at it for like 10 secs before I picked it up. . Sure enough it was a crack going down across it diagonally ...but it was just the screen protector

i actually had one that was a privacy screen that I cracked about 6 months back. they work. never put a new one on though.
