How did an electric razor with no guard not work

It does but I still got the 5 O clock shadow. You can still see my fukked up hairline. I'm trying to hide this shyt

There's videos of it online....but you have to put a warm wet towel or cloth over your head...and losen it....then you have to shave one way against the grain for one full head shave...then lather again and go against the grain around the entire head. Usually it take a few shavings to get it down to the skin and smooth
