I shop at Aldi's

Aldi's is a discount super market. A lot of no-name brand foods, but they do sell name brand foods too.
It's generally clean and pleasant inside. I don't know why people throw shade on Aldi's.
It's kind of a confessional thread because people associate Aldi's shoppers with ghetto poor folks. But, I'm actually an IT professional.

Long lines, crappy service and off-brand (often worse quality) food. Def the spot to buy meet to grill with but anything else.

I saved a sbit tone of money shopping at Aldis last week. Im definitely on the bandwagon now

some staples here and there.
milk is always a great price.
if im in a rush and dont want to go to the big grocery store.

not somplace i would do major grocery shopping though.

aldi is a fukkin life saver on the deals. their pizza's are top drawer too.

Never liked Aldi much as a kid; depressing atmosphere and even more depressing off-brand cereal. Now usually off-brand stuff isn't an issue as the quality is often close or the same. But Aldi snacks were noticeably cheap and the lines get offensively long even during non-peak hours from my experience. That said, nothing wrong with saving some cash.

Fux with 'em. Great for "sides to the entree" type stuff. Produce is decent too.

Our's sells beer. Taste good and cheaper but not "headache-inducing cheap."

Aldi is my go-to grocer but make sure you check your receipt before you walk out they stay making price mistakes
