You'd be surprised, depending on how many subs and views they get. I know a chick that does the youtube thing and has less than 100k subs and makes a living off of it. She's far from a millionaire or even a 100 thousaindaire for that matter but again she's less than 100k subscribers

The thing about makeup and beauty channels is they can make alot more than other channels because product companies go to them directly and offer them $1,000s to do product reviews. So if she has alot of subs and gets alot of views then she'll get the youtube adsense money on top of what product companies pay her.
