The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
He should bring out the people who create the songs and write his lyrics to perform.

All of me is easily doper then a majority of Drakes songs though. Joes Mood Muzik catalouge is epic. Not to mention the damn near classic first LP.

I wouldn't call his debut classic but it was dope as fukk, got good reviews too.

The biggest problem with it was this perception that Joey was a party rapper when he really wasn't.

My wife don't like my album, it's way too dark for women
She say it sound like I hold grudges
She rather listen to Joe Budden's, no disrespect aight?
But fukk a party - Royce 5'9

That's how people looked at Joe based on the singles but when you got into the album you got shyt like "10 minutes" and "stand up nucca".

Why would Drake seriously respond to Joe Budden? Joe is a better emcee and would eat him in a battle. Joe is also not relevant musically so what would the biggest act in hip hop have to gain by engaging with him? It's a lose-lose for Drake.

I'm not saying I agree I'm just saying dudes gotta understand things from a business level, because that's the level this is playing out on.

This has nothing to do with hip hop the culture. It's all dollars and cents.

This makes no sense because Drake threw the first shot with "No Shopping".

Thankfully for message boards like this, Someone had put me on to MM2 back in
2006, been hooked to Joe Budden's music ever since, if it wasn't for that just like
the majority of people I would've written JB's career off as a one hit wonder
''Nelly party music'' type rapper.

''Ask me about ‘Pump It Up' and I'm a think you sheep
Oh you must not know I'm deep'' - Joe Budden (Move On)

god damn, never realized that this is basically an R Kelly song. That era when he was doing records for everyone else cause he was in trouble for pissing on them lil girls was weird. You'd hear his voice but they never showed his face or used his name. "Pied Piper" :scust:
