Lol who gives a fukk? Not everybody wants a house. Maybe if it was a raggedy apt complex with a nice car...but then again how would you know how they have it hooked up on the inside? They could probably be saving up by living in a not so desirable area.

the freedom, the space and not having scum living above/next to you. love my house its my piece of land and its actually worth $:blessed:

That's all subjective. I think living in the city and the immediacy it provides > a house

You ain't carrying that wealth to the afterlife. Now if you have kids...

:what:nikka paying rent puts a roof over your head

Of course, what I'm saying is it should just be a means to an end. I would only rent when I absolutely have to. I spent every day of my life as a renter saving up to get the fukk out of there and own my own property. I can't see a reason to not do that, but again that's just me.

no kids just enjoy privacy i can throw a house party with no worries plus i have the ocean a block away

Cities have bodies of water next to them. Nightlife outside of your house > house parties. Plus we have these things called warehouses that are essentially even larger house parties.

live in a city like Boston and tell me what owning a home is like. it doesnt get cheap unless your 20+ miles out north or south. Boston is full of yuppies with high end jobs for every category one of the most productive cities in the world and one of the most gentrificationed cities in the country

i live 12 minutes from downtown and pay 1500 a month for rent next to the highway in an ok area

I drive a 2013 3 series BMW and I rent an apartment :dead::blessed:

It was my first car I ever spent my own money on so I said fukk it...

I enjoy living in the city... and San Francisco is not cheap( as relates to real estate), So I rent, until I actually need a house... Also, I am not responsible enough to purchase property and maintain it right now :laugh:.... In about 10 years i'll maybe think it...

and If I want a reasonable house in SF I'll have to look 30 minutes outside of the city... Too young for the suburban life...

If you're not married or have a family I see no point in having a house :ehh:

I feel you should get an apartment first, then worry about a house later. But that's just me :manny:

Enjoy your house 30 minutes from whatever corny city you live outside of. I'll enjoy the single life in my apartment, enjoying luxury. When I find wifey(and my seeds), we can split the cost of a house that is in the city.

that would be nyc fgt so yeah i do enjoy it

lol I lived downtown NYC for 4 years, East Harlem for 2. You're bridge and tunnel or ferry or LIRR or long ass drive into the city experience ain't fukking with the immediacy of me walking outside my house: dimes on the streets, Cumbia outside my windows, and the local food spot filling the air with that good.

You can't enjoy that from Jersey, Long Island, Upstate or wherever the fukk you stay
