serial killers who strangled there victims in my opinion are the hardest ones u can ever catch. look at that ridgeway dude who killed all them hookers. strangled them and toss them out.

and by killing hookers especially the cops don't give a fukk they will say some shyt to the parents who are looking for them by saying well she probably ran away or with her boyfriend

look at the black dudes in L.A. and cleveland i forgot there names they pick up some drunk hookers off the street back to the house and that's the last time u see them

and only way these dudes do get caught they end up getting something like a fukking speeding or parking ticket and never show up to court
