I hope to become that way. I always did cardio and knew how to lose weight but this about to change my life.

How long until I see results:lupe:

I want to lean out and look more toned.
Noob gains are fast as fukk. 3 months you'll look dramatically different. Start with the bar and add 5 lbs every week and for legs add 10 lbs

I already lost the weight now it’s time to build muscle. It’s up brehs :mjcry:

I be having too much fun during the summer partying and traveling but not this year. Imma make it count and stick to this new fitness plan to prevent that winter depression :wow:m

Will do. I’m excited. He does nutrition planning etc too.

I’m going to take this seriously and I hope to become able to keep it up on my own eventually.

Failure means in a given set of an exercise you are unable to complete another full rep. It indicates you've damaged the tissue enough to stimulate the healing process. It is the primary driver of muscular hypertrophy or muscle growth.

set ya alarm for 3:45 am... u dont wanna wake up... but that alarm goin off... for a couple weeks.. will sike ya system off into waking up earlier.. than u want.. now u gotta get up n do shyt
