Good for you! Remember, it’s 80% diet. Cut down or completely cut out alcohol because it sabotages your gains, increase your protein intake, track your calories, most importantly follow a progressive overload program with some variety. I highly recommend the ladder app. Go check out the gym section of this forum too. Lots of great advice. Looking forward to hearing more about your progress 🥰

The Truth
Restarting monday as well… at least seriously.

Been trying to restart seriously for the past month. Got some reunions popping up this summer, but had family staying with me and so much shyt happened in the past month that I had to get on the Coli more to not dwell on shyt.

But I lost some weight myself though, mainly because I stopped drinking for like 2-3 months.

Good luck breh… I’ll Keep your trainer in my prayers tho :dame:

I be having too much fun during the summer partying and traveling but not this year. Imma make it count and stick to this new fitness plan to prevent that winter depression :wow:m

Kinda nervous but my new trainer looks fit as fukk so at least I got that eye candy:takedat:

Fax…. I had to completely cut out the daily tequila drinking….. I drink protein shake in the morning lunch I eat chicken and veg or a chicken soup that make …. I eat apple slices throughout the day and drink nothing but water …. For dinner I either have a soup or another protein shake …. I don’t eat after 7

I know I will probably need to take in more protein for muscle gain

Im just coming back from the gym now

Proper sleep is key for making gains.

Make sure you get your 8 hours of sleep in everyday.
Will do. I’m excited. He does nutrition planning etc too.

I’m going to take this seriously and I hope to become able to keep it up on my own eventually.

Imagine where I can be by the end of the year :ohlawd:
