I start therapy next week. Should I be honest about my suicidal thoughts?

No. I mentioned that I had suicidal thoughts in my first therapy session and the therapist sent me to the psych ward with the quickness 
Years later I mentioned that to a different therapist and had to Julez my made my way out of the therapist sending me back to the psych ward
