I misread my bloodwork and thought I was having kidney issues back then and I’ve been spirlsijg ever since.

You should always be honest with the therapist so you can get the right help. But also make sure you choose the right one, maybe wait for a few meetings till revealing it.

Yeah, if you know 100% for sure someone is being sincere with their issues that's one thing, especially if you and that person keep company offline.
But having something as serious as suicidal tendencies and you bring that shıt up to a bunch of anonymous posters on a message board, especially a board that isn't exactly teeming with intelligent or emotionally mature individuals? Especially after you're claiming that you have the funding / resources to seek help from a licensed professional?
Anyone who does that is either so stupid that they might as well go through with taking their own life and take their mental inferiority out of the gene pool, or they're simply begging for one of two things: trouble or attention.
