Depends on the area and really the age range. Dominicans and Blacks stay beefing with each other in High Schools in Manhattan high schools and in a few BX ones, but it rarely continues on after that.

It's not on the same level at all as Cali. For example, I can goto one of the most dominated Dominican locations in NYC(Washington Heights) and don't have to worry about getting ranup up on some racial shyt(Not saying it won't happen but it's an after thought). You grow up among blacks/hispanics as we all live in the same buildings together. There can be some racial tension but everyone sticks to the program and shyt stay on the up and up.
