1) It's "dominant" fool.

2) He had hella injuries this year, let him get his shooting hand healed up, he'll be alright. Even with the injuries, he was still one of the top 5 players in the L.

4 years might be stretching it, but I don't think 2 is unreasonable. I'm not worried about his shooting because of his wrist injury. His athleticism seemed to really come back to him a little this season. If he can hold up athletically, I think he has a good 2 years in NBA top 5 form.

:childplease: He wasn't in dominant top 5 form this year. He shot 43% and averaged a career high in turnovers. And he wasn't clutch in the playoffs. He's like Dominique Wilkins in the early-mid 90's now.

Did you forget he had a wrist injury which conviently gets forgotten about?

I'm not saying he's gonna be taking that number 1 spot next year but I legit seeing kobe staying in the top 5 for the next 2-3 years.

He is not a top 5 player now. And at age 34 and with all that playoff mileage, injuries tend to mount. It remains to be seen how his health will hold up in the future. He might have nagging injuries every year.

It's not a diss to say he's like a 30+ Dominique Wilkins. Dominique Wilkins averaged in the high 20's and led his team to 40+ and 50+ win seasons and second round exits well into the early/mid 90's just like Kobe is now...he just shot a higher %. Kobe stans just need to accept that he can't carry teams like he used to. Dudes talking about he needs real teammates like Gasol and Bynum are scrubs. Kobe is still top 5 or top 3 but he needs your imaginary dream team squads that you dream up every offseason to not lose 4-0 or 4-1 in the 2nd round?

Stop it Slime!

Bean is clearly still top 5

Lebron
Durant
CP3
Bean
Rose

No particular order, my point is that to say he's not top 5 is beyond stupid.

Man just stop you mean to tell me that if he didnt have the gasol from two years ago would we even be having this conversation?

That 42 point game 5 against the thunder was just imaginary?

The decline of gasol has been much worse than the decline of kobe and bynum is a dude who rarely gives any fukks.

Did you see Dwight Howard play this year? And D-Wade? Are you serious with that? STOP!!!!

Did you see Kobe this year? Did you see him shooting 43% and averaging 3.5 turnovers and gunning bad shots and choking away games in the playoffs?

I don't know how you can still say Kobe is better than D Wade. D Wade is clearly more explosive and efficient. Dwight Howard played like crap in a lot of games this year, but I think that was due to him being mixed up and unhappy in Orlando. A healthy happy Dwight Howard > Kobe in terms of winning games.
