I don’t think it’s what you eat in there, it’s the volume and discipline (if you want to call it that).

Dudes who are dedicated, in a routine, etc., probably do shyt multiple times a day. Regardless of who you are and what “science” you believe in, if you lift everyday and eat 3 squares then you will put on mass.


Now the OD shyt idk… could be extra food, genetics, etc.

nutritional content of the food is trash, it really is just volume like you said, not like there’s much else to do.

If you had to worry about gettin jumped, tested, raped or become somebody’s bytch, you’d would want to swole up quick. These guys have nothing but time. They’re constantly doing calisthenics, lifting water bags and I’m sure roids and supplements get smuggled in.
