I suck at making fried chiccen PLEASE HELP

Its one of those things that I just have trouble making

Not so much chiccen breast, as it is chiccen with the bone, drumsticcs in particular.

Everytime i fry it its either not cooked to the bone, of it it is, the skin is big af and falling off and shyt

You can use flour and add crushed up crackers, breadcrumbs, crushed up crutons... whatever.

The liquid could be plain water. It could be milk. You can use eggs. Whatever to wet it.

Here's the trick.

Wet the chicken good, shake it in a grocery bag with the flour etc. THEN let it just sit till the moisture penetrates the flour and dampens it. Now shake it up in the bag again.

What you're doing is adding a second coat of breading. I submerge the chicken in hot grease myself. In a pot on the stove. A deep fryer should work too. I go like 7 out of 10 on the dial.

If you trying to make Fried chicken then use the deep fryer..

I used to work at a bar and did a ton of wings... Basically kept them in there until the bubbling calmed down

Take them out and usually they're a dark, golden brown.

Then eat :yeshrug:
