So. Cal
It's that lazy e-activism. Like people changing their Facebook profile picture to the same picture for a "cause".
So do you think its lazy to rock pink on breast cancer awareness month?

:childplease:you do realize the only reason this got media coverage which in turn forced Goodluck john to admit something went down and to let aid in is because of the e-activism you're clowning right. Even the fukking media admits that

Yeah you're right. It's because of the e-activism. Has nothing AT ALL to do with foreign policy :childplease:

I was talking more about the equal sign picture for gay marriage that was trendy for a while. Or the Kony 2012 trend.
its just a sign of solidarity breh. Why mock it? Its just like the yellow ribbon for soldiers in the Iraq war back in the day. I never heard anyone talking shyt like " nikka them ribbons aint gonna win that war. Take that shyt down"

That makes no sense breh. The president of Nigeria wouldn't even admit anything went down. Foreign governments didn't get involved until the media pressure (a direct result of the hashtag campaign) pushed the US to push Good luck Jonathan to except aid. This is common knowledge breh.

is there really anything we can do to stop Boko Haram from selling these girls into slavery?

:lupe:

Probably not. I don't want to send troops, but I could cosign some covert shyt or drones. Honestly I'd be fine with just killing that c00n leader of theirs. That dude needs to get got, I'm sorry.

Yes.

1. Stop believing everything the U.S. news tells you. They aren't knowledgeable in African problems.
2. Investigate and research yourself who is funding Boko...and our allies( Saudi Arabia and U.K.)
3. Have a petition demanding U.S. to pressure the Allies to stop funding
4. Investigate if these girls are even girls from Nigeria or even kidnapped.
5. Find out why the media is lying on the story to be KONY 2014.

Just goes to show you how Muslims feel about blacks and women. Also sort of funny since some of the girls that were kidnapped were Muslim.

Anyways I'd say the idea is a logical fallacy catering the lowest denominator
