Our education system is trash but we have an extremely stupid populace so whenever they hear buzz words and phrases like "support the children", "children are our future" , etc. they fall in line and vote. Whenever you see additional income in a state from the common sense legalization of marijuana they usually have something in the bill to put like 40 percent of the money into the education system. The American education system doesn't need anymore money. It needs significantly less money. We spend the most and get the worst result, which is blatant evidence of mismanagement, but every time we turn around you have a libtard politician that will still insist that we need to funnel more money into the education system - and the public falls in line because it sounds good to them. They are a very uneducated populace. Then on the other side of the coin you have people complaining about underfunded military despite that fact we spend more on our military than the next 10 countries combined but you'll still have an establishment Republican politician talking about the need for more military funding - and this will appease the base. Whenever you see a politician jump on that bandwagon it just means that they are the new hope for the corporations that are profiting from the military industrial complex. It's always blatantly obvious but we have a very stupid populace. Example that was Jeb Bush's main thing during the primaries, when he dropped out Marco Rubio jumped on it in an attempt to make sure he was the one getting that support. After he dropped out Cruz jumped on it and you saw some of the establishment supporting him despite the fact he's the most anti-establishment politician in the party (outside of Rand Paul)Thanks for showing how great our education system is breh.
