"I suspect someone of going into my drawer and stealing my project, I'm not going to cry over spilled milk cause what's done is done and I'm brining all my important things home with me, but I thought I should let you know. Also, I waited a week to tell you just so I could be sure. Last night before I left, I put a piece of tape and two pennies on the top panel of my office drawer. When I got in this morning, the coins were on the floor and the tape was torn off. Obviously, someone went through my drawer after I left, not realizing there was tape and two pennies set in place."

She really didn't say much she was like "Don't leave important and/or personal things in there" But my reason for telling her wasn't cause I wanted her to do something. I brought her out the room, told her, so I could see the suspect's reaction when we walked back into the room together. I wanted her to wallow in the agony of suspense, wondering what I told the big boss...just so I could study her body language. And to me, she failed on every level.

Well, it doesn't seem like the docs were that important so I'd just put a red flag on that hoe (seems like you have already) and go about your business. Maybe plant a hidden camera in ur office

But for argument's sake, pretend that I'm being factual when I say this bytch is a trifling, snake bytch. Accept that premise. Now with that in my mind, know that last year out industrial stapler went missing. No one knew he took it, one morning this snake bytch comes into my office and says "last night I was in Bill's office looking for white out and I found the stapler in his bottom left-hand drawer"

Most times office folk keep to themselves, there might be snooping at your office, for the most part folks stick to their personal/work spaces.
Could be projected thought, because T/S dont like the colleague, and so happens to lose/miss, the document, assumes, colleague did it.
Place certain documents arnd, see if she takes the bait.
Keep critical docs out of site
