My theory on that is that the cologne doesn't matter that much. as long as it smells kinda good (and not too generic), most women will make a comment if they are feeling you.
see when a girl is feeling you, she wants interactions with you. Ideally for her, she wants you to approach. but if you're wearing cologne, it's an excuse for her to approach you. like i said, as long as it smells decent, if they're feeling you, they'll find a way to compliment you.
heck when i was younger i've had girls tell me they loved my scent (and i was wearing fukking Brut aftershave of all things). Even had one girl tell me i smell good and it was the detergent (i rarely wear cologne) all ended up telling me they were feeling me all along. They just want my attention so that i can give some back to them. The cologne won't make them more open. it just provides the already open girls an in to show interest in you...
