they should focus on suing for wrongful arrest

Expungement never works like it is supposed to. It's supposed to destroy all record of the everything that happened. At the end of the video it said that police will still be able to view the arrest. Well if that's the case it hasn't been expunged. There should be no record of arrest or dropped charges.
