I tested my barber today and he failed(story time)

about 7 years ago I decided to cut my hair and went with my brothers barber

He does good work so I’ve mainly been going to him ever since

Back when I started cuts was $20 I would leave a $10 tip etc

Every now then he do some dumb shyt like have you book online then when you get there he ain’t there n other silly shyt but overall he cool

Today I decide to test him

After my cut was finished I told him I ain’t have the money cuz I just had a child but i will pay him back next week plus tip. Guaranteed

He should know I’m good for it

Man this nikka went off. Tryna give me a lecture on barter and all types of shyt i stay in my character n start talcn shyt bacc eventually walking to my car

At this point we’re both in the parking lot waving our guns at each other until ppl intervene and let me drive off

When I do I cash app him the amount in full plus tip and told him he just lost a customer for life

He been calling me tryna apologize I just blocked him

I left for Seattle was up there for 6-7yrs

My houston barber chalked it up as I was in jail again

I come down to visit cut fresh etc

Ran into the nikka at the galleria

He walkin behind me

I said tuh boy boo I don’t even live here anymore go talk to ya other heaux

I got a worse one that made me reconsider. My barber was about to go on holiday next day and needed some money. He asked me to sell off some things for him (nothing illegal). I did it for him, took me a few hours and i got good prices. Brought the money back to him. He insisted i get a cut. Noo you have to you helped me i can't let you go without a cut today.
I decided to let him cut me, literally took 15 mins since i keep short hair already and just got trimmed with clippers to zero, no beard work nothing.

Afterwards man had the gall to expect payment. I say sorry i don't have it. He tells me can i get it for him tomorrow morning.
I say no problem. In my head i think happy trails tomodachi. Enjoy your vacation
Didn't go back for months.
