WWF schedule was far harder in the 80s. Guys were on the road weeks at a time. WWE schedule today is 4 days on/3 days off. Hogan essentially became part time after 1991 though. Cena is probably a few years away from being part time , he's gonna need to go heel to put over his successor and do the feud Bob backlund refused to do in 84

I know that and I know Hogan went heel but I'm pretty sure Cena has stated many times that he wont do it. I think it was along the lines of his seriousness about the make a wish stuff and how he wont compromise that image for a storyline because it means so much to him.
