Definitely in the modern era. And even from the old era if we talk about people in the goat class, you could maybe argue LL and Cube as far as worst stretch. And ive heard some bad Cube songs, and how i feel about "HeadSprung" is documented:scust:

But LL and Cube are heavily into the Hollywood producing and acting side. This is Nas full time job:gucci:

I do prefer listening to Fabolous over Nas. Depends on if you want bars or the full picture. Fab is a more entertaining listen bar to bar than Nas. But thats not really Nas aim. So its a bad comparison to begin with really. Somebody like Beans is a better comparison to Nas than Fab and Jada. Now with that,im taking Sigel, personally.

All time rankings,Nas is definitely ahead of Fab and Jada though.
Head sprung (especially the hook) always sounded like a Will Smith song that somehow ended up with Ice Cube of all people on it.:russ:

An opinion is an opinion which is ok..

But I
:why: If you was making a top 15-20 Fabolous tracklist of classic tracks and features, what would it look like? Could anybody actually make such a list?

And freestyles over classic Nas beats won't do

I can say the same thing with Ja rule. That don't make him a better rapper. Fabulous was nice but he was never the best rapper of any year in the 2000's so case close

Oh and who's the top hat... poster in this thread? You guessed it :scust:
You can’t say the same about Ja , he was only lit for the very early 2000s once 50 came out it was over , Fab may have not been the hottest rapper at any point but he was consistent poppin and relevant for 15 years a lot of rappers can’t say that

He’s a legend. People stay tryna front on him cause he don’t have a classic rap album but there several NY legend who you could say that about
That’s not fronting it’s the statistical
Category he lacks to be a legend.

Fab is like Stephon Marbury legend wise he is nice but he ain’t “that nikka” like that.

Jadakiss and The Lox collectively are so overrated :russ:

nikkas talk like they’re a great group/duo like Mobb Deep, OutKast, EPMD or N.W.A

It’s been crazy seeing how Jada and The Lox have been elevated to this “legendary” status

Jada is a good lyricist but doesn’t have a single classic album to his name

Styles is a good rapper but nothing special

The Lox are a good group but upper echelon status? Hell no
Prodigy > sp > jada

cam’ron makes better music than styles and jada in my opinion
