I think i got scammed out of a samsung ks8000 on ebay brehs

I could be. But like i said paypal is giving them until april 7th. I paid for it yesterday so that gived them time. It didnt click thst it was a scam until i looked on their seller page this morning since i hadnt gotten a shipping confirmation yet. shyt id be happy as hell if it wasn't a scam...but i know my luck smh

This is what I figured

The seller has 48 hours(I think) to ship after you pay

It might even be 72 hours im not exactly sure

You have nothing to worry about though and I doubt dude is scamming you because buyers are always protected thru ebay/paypal

Its not like back in the day when it was easy to scam on ebay

Its really no point in doing it now because ebay holds the money until 2 days after the buyer receives the item if you're a new seller

I seriously doubt dude is trying to scam you

dude didnt even send me a receipt . You are giving this person too much leeway. Trust me, its a scam. Soon as the person on paypal looked at the buyer they said we will expedite this to a claim immediately. They knew breh breh. Maybe ur venting bc uve had issues selling shyt. Sry man but this is business. I knownits a scam. If they truly want the moneythey will respond to the dispute.

lesson learned. Ive.never bought something this expensive on there. I usually.buy expensive ass clothes on there but never 800 dollars worth . Oh well man ill take the money and pay full amount of the tv on best buy

Nope, absolutely wrong.

I and everyone I know that bought 4k LG OLEDS, got em off ebay and for 600 less than the sell price at best buy, and $500 less than any retail store was allowed ot sell it.. Mine came in flawless condition in 2 days from an ebay only reseller. Thousands of people do it without issue every day, join the future.

Copped a buy it now samsung ks8000 for $835. Went back today to check shipping and realized the seller had no feedback and has sold no items Should have cheked that before smfh. Anyways I filed a dispute. I dont think disputes turn to claims until after 20 days. How long yall think it will be before i get that refund?

There's nothing wrong with buying electronics or other expensive items off eBay. If the seller is top rated plus, you should be straight.
