never got formally diagnosed with asthma, I’m not a big fan of going to the doctors.
Then why would you say you have asthma when you don't? Allergies also have gotten people shortness of breath.

I’ve been eating clean the last few weeks, ever since this whole virus pandemic started. I’ve cut on junk food entirely, no pop / alcohol of any kind, no sugary drinks either and coffee. It’s all been herbal tea and water.
thanks for the advice. I took a Tylenol, it got me feeling a little better.
thing is the gasping for air at night is a common issue which I believe is due to asthma. Since last year I noticed my breathing has gotten worse even though I don’t smoke. I used to smoke about 10 years ago and then quit cold turkey.
I’ve yet to go to the doctor to get my asthma treated though. I don’t have inhaler or anything.
Why are you nearly 10k in the red![]()

yeah, asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis etc. is all in the same family of respiratory infections which is essentially mucus build up from damaging of the mucus membrane via acid foods/liquors/chemicals.
seek more herbal remedies that tackle respiratory issues, it will help ten fold. You also browse drsebicellfood.com and get you some “Bio Ferro” capsules.. the compounds in that specific product has some extremely powerful herbs contained in them and will definitely help.
much health brother
Instead of going to a hospital, call and see if they can come to you so you don't spread the shyt if you got it.
I wanna go back to work but I have tightness in my chest (never happen before...except when I ran too fast), sore throat , and a low grade fever (~99-100) but I usually run hot @ 99 even when healthy. Im stuck in the guest room on this cheap ass bed. If I cant work, I'll do anything I can via internet/chat/video.
I had tha same shyt super dry mouth to tha point I couldn't breathe no matter how much I drunk...ribs would feel like they are tightening at times and I had a cough that lasted a month.. The first day I was super dizzy and felt like I was going to faint and slight chillsTwo nights ago couldn’t sleep because I was feeling shortness of breath and chest pain. Though, im asthmatic, I thought it was my allergies acting up. Basically I couldn’t get any sleep cause I kept gasping for air when trying to sleep.
drank a lot of water yesterday and while I was feeling tired, I could still daily tasks such as work
then however at night time shortness of breath returned and chest became more tight. again I couldn’t sleep.
today I feel fatigued, tired, feeling mild fever and restless from not sleeping. Called my doctor/hospital and they bought suggested to stay at home and isolate.
so not sure what to do. I still feel shortness of breath and I’m gasping for air. I have a dry throat that might he considered a sore throat but no coughs .
hope it passes soon.

This.OP,
Go to the doctor or emergency room ASAP!
you need to stress you have asthma. An asthma attack is a whole another ballgame. You need to be at the hospital getting steroids, and being monitored. From what I hear the steroids they administer weakens your immune system. Two nights ago couldn’t sleep because I was feeling shortness of breath and chest pain. If you don't own and carry an inhaler, your asthma probably isn't severe. No?I’ve been eating clean the last few weeks, ever since this whole virus pandemic started. I’ve cut on junk food entirely, no pop / alcohol of any kind, no sugary drinks either and coffee. It’s all been herbal tea and water.
