It could be worse.

For example: you could be 33 going on 4, recently spereated from the wife over some bs with her sister, unemployed and receiving unemployment (around 3k left of that) on probation and let's see what else..

Oh yeah, living back with your parents :francis:

Count your blessings :gucci:

p.s: it ain't me :myman: no worries, kim

Get your hormone levels tested, it might be low testosterone. If you're fine & its psychological (outside medication) you need to shake up your routine. Become more active to put your mind out of its rut. Add cold showers & sign up for gym/sports club and/or go jogging/swimming - esp in the evening. Another thing you can do is 'create' i.e journal (help identify your mood/potential causes), draw, cook (mix-up your diet/meals). Spare 10=15 mins of your day & sit in absolute silence = try mediate or use this time to internalize. You want to create activities that promote a positive feedback loop.

I used to consult with a large pharmaceutical company that made Low-T meds. I used to test that shyt out, in a UX way, when I was in Chicago. Low-T is questionable, at the least. Doctors aren't even 50% sure that Low-T is a problem that needs to be fixed. When the pharm company's own employees don't 100% believe in it, I take notice

I have a constant battle with exactly what you guys are describing. Not a cure but what helped me was cutting out all mood affecting substances like alcohol, coffee, etc. Also, once I started pumping iron at the gym my mood improved drastically and that’s become a daily thing for me, just exhausting myself at the gym, which reduces the amount of anxious energy I have during the day. If you ain’t already done these things try them out, breh. And always feel free to reach out to your coli brehs if shyt gets really dark, I got you :salute:

Thanks Breh!!!...:salute: I just started working out yesterday because I'm so stressed and needed to do something to get things off my mind...so I'm going to try to exhaust myself thru pumpin' iron like you said...so I'm not up at 3:49 am like now...Thanks for the help and advice Bro!!!...:salute:

I don't buy the whole low T meds/pills. However, I still think test plays a significant role in man's mental state. I just get blood work done and if its low go about changing it naturally via work out/diet/sleep. Men's testosterone has been dropping in years so whats normal right now wasn't the level a few years back. Its not that big a deal but having that extra pump can be a world of difference i feel.

I've taken zoloft and Abilify. Zoloft is nothing; it barely is noticeable. Abilify, though, that's a serious drug. It's classed as an anti-psychotic, but most people don't know that. It's a serious, serious drug. shyt could change you. Abilify kinda worked, for me, as an anti-psychotic, but fukked up my stomach. I moved to seroquel and geodon. Both are both scary drugs.

What I'm trying to say is, be aware that these drugs will change you. If you're fukked up naturally, like me, the change is beneficial. But, it's a change nonetheless

Like it ruined your appetite? Did you smoke weed while on these drugs?
