Righteous fact-find breh.
Many ppl are unaware of the genius of TTT sampling them. It wasn’t the song that you quoted though, if that’s the one you were referring to having been sampled. They actually got away with sampling an even more popular song, “smells like teen spirit”(Their biggest hit).

The chorus in “Let’s Get Down” when they’re saying “come on..let’s get down..let’s get down..let’s get dowwwn”... is a rip from the chorus in “Smells Like Teen Spirit” when it says “hello..hello..hello...he-loooo”.

Here is the fit:
