He has no claim to that spot. How big u get doesn't matter if u don't make classic albums and do corny shyt (corny music/mainstream watered down bullshyt/corny bars/overhyped ). Lil Wayne is a man-child who appeals to the kids. Wayne is one of those rappers where the older and more mature you get, it becomes kinda embarrassing to stan for dude.

I know dudes in real life who were the biggest Wayne fans back in the day who now at the thought of listening to him.

I don't know how old OP is but I'm willing to bet he's not over 25.

In a genre where you are remembered by what you did in your prime, Weezy's prime is up there with the very best and it was a pretty lengthy period of dominance too.

He could do it all on the mic, and those who say he doesn't have bars and only corny punchlines are not listening to his verses carefully enough.
