Hmm their top 5 combined I'd say

1. Illmatic
2. Death Certificate
3. AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted
4. The Predator
5. It Was Written

4 and 5 are close in quality I'd say

The Lost Tapes and Lethal Injection are both highly recommended albums (by me) as well

With those 5 I'd flip it to

lWW
Illmatic
Death certificate
Predator
Amerikkas

Just with those 5

I'd even replace 2 of the bottom 3 with gods son and lethal injection but that's just me though

Anytime Top 10/GOAT conversations are brought up in here Ghost is routinely heavily mentioned and very few people tend to disagree with his placement in there. The God has just been that fukking outstanding in his career. He once said that he was the "rap Derek Jeter" and I feel that is a fukking dead on comparison. Clutch and consistently great throughout his career, but never had that one year that he was THAT nikka.

that's a damn good comparison.

The man been an all star his whole career :ehh:

I know it's been said a lot but for real Black Thought should've been mentioned from the gate.

While he's sort of a group member, truth is, most of the last Roots album had him and no Malik B.

He's the most consistent emcee EVER. I challenge ANYONE to debate that.

Also, Monch should be in the voting as well.

Finally, I see a lot of y'all saying a Prodigy should be there.

Real talk, look at his career
95-00 From Mobb Deep to HNIC, P was spitting. I'm being nice and leaving off that first album cuz it was pretty weak.

00-12: This mufukka barely rhymed and his albums were Basura. :why:That summer jam screen, beef with Nas, birch smacked by Saigon and Keith Murray (even though that was earlier), made his thug shyt look soft

12 - Present: I mean he's rhyming again..but hell not better than Pos or Royce during a similar time frame.

In perspective...P only been an elite emcee for 24% of his career. :sas1:

And elite is arguable.

:dahell:You've never heard Return of the Mac? HNIC? HNIC2? Plus P was in jail for a few of those years...

:rudy:What does any of this have to do with anything?

He's making better music than them though :lawd:

Lol..well, I knew you would reply and typically respect ur posting.

To answer ur questions..2000 was HNIC, the rest were ehh to me. Including Return of the Mac which while it was better than his previous work, it PALED in comparison to early P. Cats just were happy he was literally rhyming again.

Him being a fraud that has been exposed factors in kid. It makes his music disingenuous.

Finally, my stat was based on 5 years out of 95. NoW if u want I can include 93 and 94, but I assure u..that will only make that percentage go down. :usure:
