At first I was shocked and looked at her like this

But, then as a lady with class I thought I'd take this as an opportunity to bestow my wisdom onto her and help her out so I said the following:

'Gurllll, that's nasty! Why would you tell me this? Don't ever feel comfortable telling me what comes out of your vagina. Secondly, this is 100% normal. Discharge should not be thought of as unclean or unhealthy. It is a normal way for the female body to discard fluid and old cells. Either take some toilet paper or wash your vagina really well when you get home. And, most importantly take care of your box!'
