I think T-Minus might just be the best producer of this era

I like his shyt too. All his beats had a similar downtempo vibe but it still felt refreshing since you don't hear that in hip hop often these days.

So how I got here.

Randomly saw The Game freestyle with L.A. leakers.
One of beats was "The London", and the way it was being freestyled sounded better than the original. So I went to the instrumental, and then inquired who is the producer?? :dwillhuh:

Discovered it was Canadian producer name T-Minus, T-Minus (record producer) - Wikipedia. Search in Youtube for "tracks by T-Minus".......
I realized some of the dopest "mainstream" tracks from my perspective of the last 10 years were produced by this cat like :mindblown: :dahell: :jbhmm:

It's so many trap producers out there, but he seems to add an certain aesthetic to all his beats.....

Yeah, I'm late, but I'm here....dope producer...:wow:....can Lupe, Nas, Canibus, Ras Kass, Wu Tang get some beats.

Yeah you're hella late. He broke into the scene with Drake and Boi1da in 2010. Then he retired a few years later because he became Christian and then he recently just came back a year or so ago.

I hear too much noise about lex and mike will.

T minus shyts on them. And his sound is def not "trap"

Ti poppin bottles
Birdman - mr lottery
Drake - im one one
Nicki - champion and moment for life
Kendrick - swimming pools
Wayne - she will
Wale - ambition
Ti - go get it

Yeah, I was going to say his sound is not necessarily "trap"...it just has modern hip hop feel...not sure how to describe it.

He's basically the chosen one. What hip hop would've sounded evolved had trap not been in the picture and had continued with the ROC sound into this. SO OVERLOOKED. Should be mentioned among the hip hop elite with Preemo, RZA, PETE ROCK, Just blaze.

SERIOUSLY :ehh:

for a modern dude, he's it.
