99% of the brehs that can get NBA minutes are going to look like monsters playing against random dudes at the park or LA Fitness. When I say "random," I'm talking about just regular dudes where some played high school ball and maybe one or two played low-level college ball.

If you play regular games with a bunch of former All-State point-guards and cats that rode the pine at Michigan State....that's not really a normal game...since you're playing with dudes that would at least look competent against lower-level pro's.

I think it's possible to see non-NBA players that may not have the exact history you would think would cause them to be in the NBA to begin with but be able to out compete NBA players in basketball (specifically lower tier/mid tier NBA players).

Guys like Lebron,KD Giannis etc those guys are super talented and were destined to play basketball

But guys like Quinn Cook Tim Frazier Jordan McRae,etc While these guys obviously can play,I don't think they are blow away type talent

I think a lot of career trajectories are development related. I think a lot of Mitchell's success and growth is because the Jazz gave him the keys. They let him make mistakes and play through them, and that accelerated his development and really almost became a new player in some ways. Phoenix did this with Booker also for example.
