I think cops and military ppl in general are trained in a way that makes them irrationally paranoid and aggressive. Its like a follower complex, they do as told because everyone does and over time they start to believe irrational shyt. The people that run this shyt are well beyond racist, theyre racist, idealist, ignorant, self righteous, and mostly greedy. They slowly mind control these young cops into thinking black's (hoodlums) are public enemy number one, not rapists and kidnappers. Very sad what too much power can lead to.
