Resentment from what? I think sometimes resentment is caused by misplaced expectations for people that don't deserve the time and effort bc don't have the same heart or intentions as you do. Built up resentment will eat away at you bc it's not productive. Turns into bitterness. But you can also channel that resentment into motivation. Not letting people have control over you or your emotions.
