History on our side, but it wasn't when we won Game 7 on the road so
I'm conflicted about tonight. History says a team resting for a week will be rusty and we are coming off 2 straight wins (Bulls had basically the same scenario last year and won Game 1).
But
This Heat team remembers those 4 losses, and they've had a week to kick back and relax while just came off a series that went the full 48 just about every game. They are as healthy as they'll ever be, and you'd think they want to send a message to us.
I think there's a shot we could get blown out tonight if the Heat come out hot. Then Game 2 is when we are completely written off (as if we haven't already been) and we come to play and possibly steal Game 2.
To me our only shot at winning this series is getting a split here, if we come home 0-2 I don't think we can get both home games, then you're looking at 1-3 heading to Miami for Game 5 which is bad news.
