You don’t need to spend every second with your partner but you def shouldn’t need “breaks” all the time. Also when she posts about “your” goals is a red flag. You’re married & goals should be aligned.

yeah it seems illogical to me. With me our goal was that every time we spend together we would maek strong effort to make it feel like a vacation. You never really need space when being around them feels like a vacation. Been working for a few years now.

Don't know who this is but why do you care? It's not your wife. Are you an actual friend/associate? Or are you just a thirsty breh following her and creating a narrative in your head on how she should move if you were her dude?
