Winslow wouldn't even start here though WITH MKG hurt though

so like wtf :mjlol: this ain't NBA live where you can just be like fukk it and play rookies 30mpg regardless. Hawes is a bum but we look good as a team. I give two shyts right now about Frank's minutes in November.
people seem to have forgotten this. there was a time where rookies were lucky to play 30 mins a game, unless your Jordan. I don't see the infatuation with just throwing rookies out there.

Clifford's job is pretty much safe as long as he consistently makes the playoffs again sadly. And being in the east, with this half way decent roster man's we're probably not getting a lottery pick.

We're stuck in that grey area of being a rebuilding team and a playoff team. Honestly, we're just aiming for finally seeing this franchise win a playoff game again.
:wtf: Charlotte been to the playoffs twice in the last 13 seasons, and only one of those been on his watch. That clown better be doing anything and everything to win, including giving playing time to the top 10 pick.

This season yeah I can agree with that that. But for the last two seasons our last couple of seasons, the offense revolved around watching Al Jefferson become a black hole in the post, for better or for worse.

the only thing about this thread is that people are judging Kaminsky off his first 20 minute game with a coach who favors veterans over rookies. I just don't think that's fair to Kaminsky.
Clifford is one of the better coaches in the league, especially since his Achilles heel [offense] seems to be in the rearview. Yall dudes went from the worst 3-pt shooting team last season (31% on 19 attempts) to arguably the second best team (35% on 26 attempts) so far this season.

I wasnt a fan of the kaminsky pick but im not gonna sit here and shyt on him for something that any hornets fan would know is the coaches fault because he's a inconsistent fukkboy who hates playing top 10 picks for some reason in favor of washed up veterans who would be bench warmers on any other team

like its not even like hawes is contributing anything positive, he's fukking garbage, why not give those minutes to kaminsky because at least if he fukks up the way hawes does he still has potential to learn from it and room to grow.. hawes will never be good again

im not sure why people continuously bring up those boston picks.. that story is half ducktales and when u look at the picks boston actually made, how many of them nikkas are doing anything noteworthy?

as far as winslow goes I was a huge fan in college and wouldnt have minded him on the hornets but with mkg on the team its pointless and would just stunt the growth of one of the two.. now had I known mkg would get a season ending injury thats a different story but even still we have batum and lamb eating on the wings so its not a huge miss, I wouldve personally wanted devin booker because in a perfect world he would be in hairstons spot but actually hitting shots, hairston would be glued to the bench, and lamb would still be eating as a 6th man.. no point of starting lamb since kemba doesnt pass him the ball.. but who am I kidding regardless of who we drafted they would be on the bench:francis:

that being said.. no rookies shall flourish under coach clifford
