I heard Mailbox Money last year for the first time and been a fan since. Went back and peeped Crenshaw too and realized how much heat I've been missing out on :whew:

Dude is easily my favorite new school West Coast artist behind Kendrick right now.

I dont know why he didnt stay on the career trajectory he was on when he dropped the marathon and the keys to the city video. That was a classic mixtape. It had the right balance of bullets aint got no name nip and the motivation talking to the beat bull shyt he is on now. He would be mainstream by now if he had kept that up. Females seem to fukk with this nikka. The streets feel him. He shot himself in the foot rapping like dom kennedy when we really wanted that gangsta smooth shyt. I still fukks with his music. I just havent felt him the same since bullets vol 3 and the marathan. I miss shyt like strapped. He had next but he let tde and others steal his momentum

All time terrible rap name. Crenshaw was a chore to get through. Couldn't be bothered with Mailbox Music or whatever the last weed plate was called.
Mailbox music was flawed but it was a step in the right direction. Crenshaw is when he said fukk rapping Im going to talk over the beat.
