lol. some of you seem to think the world ends with the 100 people you see on social media. :mjlol:
I swear. When he drops his next album and rakes in cash sales...folks on here will still be running their mouth as he cashes his checks. The dude is controversial but to act like he was 'cancelled' is beyond a joke. Dude has already instilled Classic Status whether you like it or not.

I mean he only dissed Black ancestors several times. If you wanna keep rocking with then that's on YOU

He never dissed black ancestors once.

He did show that a lot of black folks on the internet don't have good comprehension skills and are constantly looking for something/someone to be mad at.

At this point, everyone with a lick of sense should know exactly what he meant by slavery is a choice today.

He said:

"When you hear about slavery for 400 years... For 400 years? That sounds like a choice."

Then he furthers his point by specifying that he's speaking on mental slavery in the very next sentence.

The mental slavery that the children of our ancestors, us, are still stuck in at the end of the 400 years.

He's not talking about the ancestors, he's talking about nikkas like you.

If you want to keep playing dumb (or maybe you aren't playing) that's on YOU.

Oh yeah because he's such a genius he just went over our heads.

What was the great metaphor behind him holding the plate for the cac.

Unless your on Twitter like that and follow what these celebs do, you wouldn’t really know what Kanye does. Y’all got to remember that black twitter is a sub group. They might have cancelled him, but others? Chicago still holds a lot of love for Kanye. This doesn’t surprise me. What surprises me is how they made a song about sex into a song about God. I also didn’t know Kanye was into church.

His breakout hit was "Jesus Walks" back in 2002 :what:

He consantly raps about god and church.

Check out "ultralight Beam" on Pablo

It ain't got nothing to do with him being some type of genius.

I understood exactly what he meant because I listened to his point without having any prejudgment and hate for him as I listened.

He wasn't "holding the plate for the cac", he was making a point that did in fact go over some nikkas heads.

His point was breaking the victim mentality that a lot of the children of our ancestors have.

What some people call post slavery stress disorder.

It had nothing to do with our ancestors being weak or voluntary slaves.

It had everything to do with the mental health issues that come from that, and our tendency to embrace those mental health issues as our culture, instead of recognizing these effects as detrimental to the whole, and working to move past them.
