the Spurs' spacing and shot generation is poor because they designed their offense around generating shots in the midrange against teams' 3-pt shooting. Favoring the former over the latter, schematically, will always lose out. Anyone that argued against this in the first place, either clearly doesn't know shyt about the game, or just wanted to throw rocks at the throne.
