Yep and that's the smart mindset. You don't need to get involved in anyone else fukkery that will get you killed and her ex locked up while she moves on to another man. Even martial arts teachers tell you that the best way to win a fight is to not get into one in the first place.
Still though, for the future you might wanna be more confident in your abilities to protect yourself and your girl even I'd you've never been in a fight. Grab that gun or take a couple of self defenses classes or something. You gotta have something because the sharks can sense this and make you a target just like he makes that girl a target because he knows he can get away with it. Your third option is a guard dog and your fourth a security guard.

It's more that i was caught off guard, i didn't know what i was getting myself into and how to react, i didn't have experience with bullshyt like this, none of my ex was in this type of situation, none of them were single mothers, but i guess you learn with experience, you never think that shyt can happen to you until it happen.
