Fiesta is a grocery store chain out here in Houston..mainly caters to the Latino community. (But WE be in that bytch too) and they are usually found in the hood

I lived in Houston from birth until I was 13 and we used to go Fiesta all the time. Maybe I just don't remember it well but the one we used to go to was in a fairly ok area across the street from a Toys R US and target. Have things changed since then?

It really depends on what area of Houston you live in. The one by me is very clean and well kept..its the ones that are deep in the hood, that are ones to avoid.
